Idea Cellular’s net dips 44 percent

Mumbai, Oct 20 (IANS) Idea Cellular has posted a net profit of Rs.1.5 billion for the quarter ended Sep 30, as compared to Rs.2.69 billion in the quarter ended June 30, down 44 percent, it said here Monday.

Its net sales increased 5.66 percent to Rs.22.96 billion in July-September quarter compared to Rs.21.73 billion in April-June quarter, the company said in a regulatory statement.
