Court lifts ban on Hindu religious book

New Delhi, Nov 10 (IANS) The Delhi High Court Monday lifted the ban on the publication of the Hindu religious book “Satyarth Prakash†written by leading social reformer Swamy Dayanand Saraswati 135 years ago.
Quashing the ban imposed by a lower court, Justice Shiv Narayan Dhingra rejected a submission to restrain the Sarvadeshik Press publication house from printing and distributing the book in any language.
The petition was filed by Usman Ghani and his friend alleging that the book hurts the religious sentiments of Muslims.
“It is not the province or duty of the court to pronounce the truthfulness of the religious books or to regulate the religious sentiments and feelings of the sections of the society,” Dhingra said.
“A suit by Hindus against the Quran or by Muslims against the Gita or Satyarth Prakash claiming relief…are in fact meant to play mischief in the society and by filing such suits they would get nothing but cheap publicity and create more disharmony and disturbance in the society,†the judge observed.
Stating that Ghani and his friend, who claimed to have been public spirited persons, wanted to use their plea as a tool for cheap publicity, Dhingra said the lower court should not have entertained the suit.
Saraswati, the founder of the Arya Samaj, wrote “Satyarth Prakash” to spread the knowledge of the Vedas and to educate people on the true qualities of God. The work contains expositions and clarifications of Vedic principles.

These muslims arenot muslims. They are not religious muslims. hey are facility-political or mental muslims, to save themselves from being killed or raped or hurt by more powerful sword of the invaders. Not one muslim has got converted after seeing allah/god or undestanding islam/arbi. All were result of hindu weakness of having not understood the type of invasion and not having fought together. We never knew it would come to this in hundreds of years.. we never have had fights by religion… this is new type of invasional politics…. only way is to reconvert the brothers who are falsely called muslims. The arabs are only 50 lakhs. They cant do anything. We will invade and convert the Qaaba into a mandir and make all the mullahs hindu priests… this is sure… already here are millions ready with this clear thought… undeclared… just as islamists are not declaribng their real intention: islamisation of hindusthan… It is sure. We finished the ayodhya job in 5 hours,,, we need only 56 hours of capture in mecca… we will make talcum powder of the black-stone..at qaaba and throw it in the seas… what will they worship then> either way.. it was and is a mandir… shiv mandir…. they came here and did it to ayodhya and kashi and athura, tajmahal etc… now we shall do it to them… this world is aani-jaani-faani… kabhi tum idher, kabhi hum udher, maya hai.. kya sach kya galat hai? kya achha kya bura hai? sab maya hai… kabhi khushi kabhi gum, kabhi zyadaa kabhi kum, kabhi tum kabhi hum, kabhi chhoori kabhi bum, kabhi desi (ttharraa) kabhi rum… hum aa rahey hain… hindu jeetengey,,, aur yeh muslim sab se aagey hongey… kyoki unko sab se adhik badlaa lenaa hai aarabon se… turkon se… yehi hamaare muslim-hindu aarbon-turkon par hamlaa karke unki aisi taisi karengey… time aa rahaa hai… fir un arab logon ko hum jal (paani) bechengey.. tel ke bhaav… aur vo bechenge sir pe tokri lekar khajoor…
