Winona Ryder regains health after overdose

London, Nov 22 (IANS) Actress Winona Ryder seems to have regained her health after she took an overdose of tranquilisers.

She had to have her stomach pumped, reports thesun.co.uk. But she looked in good shape when she attended a fashion show in Madrid.

Ryder looked glamorous in an elegant red gown at the Marie Claire Fashion Awards where she collected a prize.

She was taken to the hospital after collapsing in a flight to London. She supposedly took too many Xanax pills to calm her nerves while flying.

The plane was taking off from Los Angeles and had to make an emergency landing in Heathrow, London so that she could be treated.
