R-Com launches GSM services in Rajasthan

Jaipur, Jan 6 (IANS) Reliance Communications (R-Com), India’s only telecom service provider to offer GSM and CDMA services nationwide, has launched mobile GSM services in over 1,450 towns and more than 10,000 villages in Rajasthan.The company also launched a first-of-its-kind Customer Experience Programme (CEP) for subscribers opting for its GSM services, which offers up to 100 percent savings to sub-Rs.300 Average Revenue Per User (ARPU) mobile customers for a one-time subscription charge (including GSM SIM) of Rs.25.
“In a very short span, Reliance Mobile has created a GSM network in Rajasthan whose coverage and capabilities are superior to GSM networks that have been in existence for 15 yearsâ€, said R-Com’s heaf of rajasthan circle Gurpreet Singh.
